Leaving Notes
Today I was reading a friends blog All About Health and in it she had mentioned that she leaves notes for herself to remind her of why she is eating and living healthier. She said for her husband and future children...and a December cruise (yes I'm jealous!) Anyway, it got me thinking and I have decided that I am also going to start leaving myself notes. Few examples....
*Don't eat McD's today - That $5 will go towards getting out of debt or your house. And PS - think of the fat you won't be gaining.
*Put down the car keys - you don't need a coke that badly. Go drink some water it's better for you anyway.
*Tell the hubby you love and appreciate him today, even if he makes you upset---- yes it's sad I have to remember to do this sometimes. LOL.
*Don't kill the dog for pooping in the nursery again. He didn't want to wake you from what little sleep you get.
In all seriousness though, leaving notes of encouragement for yourself is never a bad idea. Now I need to get started on mine.
