DIY Stocking Hangers
These took me about an hour to make because I had to paint them but were SO simple. Here's what I used and I picked everything up at Hobby Lobby.
4 wooden bases -- these are usually around the DIY clock things and are two for $1.
Letters -- in the same aisle as wood bases and were $1.99 each
Wooden Shaker Pegs for hangers -- also in wood aisle and were $1.47 per pack of 12

Folk Art Acrylic Paints -- Garnet Red and Pearl White in the 2oz bottles were $1.87 each
Green Glitter for base on White paint -- $2.47 (I also got red but didn't use it.)
Glue. I used Goop and bought a little variety pack for $3.99
I glued everything together. The pegs are technically supposed to be inserted into a drilled hole but I don't own a drill so yes, it got glued. You can't tell once everything is painted and besides, stockings will be hanging from them anyway. Also, I am not expecting these to hold FULL stockings, these are more for decor really.
