Update on Laundry Detergent
So it's been a few days since I made the detergent and I thought I would give a little update. I have done 6 loads and 2 of them have been diapers. For the diapers and regular loads I have only been using 1TBSP of detergent and they have come out great so far. I did use 2 TBSP for the large load.
All the clothes / diapers came out smelling nicely but it's not an overwhelming scent. I love putting the detergent in too because the entire laundry area / kitchen smells wonderful for a little while! One of the first things I noticed after my clothes were dried was the fact that they were SO SOFT. Seriously, I wanted to cuddle with the clothes....TMI? Oh well, I admit I'm odd like that sometimes and I didn't cuddle with them! I just hung them up like the wonderful house wife that I am....hmhmm. I am really looking forward to finding out how many loads this batch will do and when I find out I will be sure to update again. So you won't see another detergent update for at least a month...bet you are already super excited about that huh?
