The Name Game of #3
Let me start out by saying this - We do NOT have a name picked out yet. I am 22 weeks along now and we found out the gender December 31st. We have always struggled with names, at least when it came to agreeing on one we both liked but never has it been like this. Baby #3 is so much harder! We have zero idea what we want her name to be. We have tossed around the name Avalon but I'm really not a fan of it, we discussed Arleigh for a bit but we quickly got over that and the hubby really dislikes Aisley because it reminds him of Paisley - Aisley has been on my name list since #1, I just love it.
Now, we aren't purposefully just scoping out A names, they've just been the ones to be actually considered. Believe me - I've thrown out other names too. Right now I'm really liking Hadley but the hubster hasn't responded to my text I sent him with that name, so I'm going to assume it's a negative. We don't like anything that's popular either and that's another issue with Hadley for me - it's ranked #33 here in Missouri and like #111 nationwide. Who would have guessed? Not me, I've never met one!
Another problem, at least for me, is that our first two kids have family names - or a variation of a family members name. We aren't fans of any other family members names that haven't already been used by cousins recently. I would like for at least the middle name to be one of our grandmothers or great grandmothers names or a variation of it.... like my great grandmas name was Catherine but I love the name Kathleen and it's always been a top runner for a middle name in my book.
Anyway....that's where we are right now. Playing the name game. Here's a lovely photo of me at 20wks....I won't take another until 24wks but my basketball belly is really showing now!
