2wk appt
It seems like I haven't been on here in forever and it's only been a few days. Life hasn't really been that much busier - well it has but you know schedule wise not so much. Rory had her second appt yesterday and our little oinker gained a whole pound in ten days! That's right, she now weighs 9lbs 5oz. They didn't measure her so I plan to do that sometime today. The pedi just kept saying how beautiful she was and how happy she was to see her gaining weight so well since I'm a first time breastfeeder and all.
Today I have spent my time cleaning house and I even got a shower in while little miss has been sleeping. I've only taken a few showers during the day while she's sleeping. I usually just wait until 10pm to take one while Joshua is home and she is sleeping then. I feel like someone is going to come in and steal her from me while I'm showering or that she will choke or something. I know it's kind of morbid but it could happen!
I hope all of you have been enjoying this nice weather today - if you have nice weather. It's in the 60's and sunny here. I even have the windows open - another thing I've just done for the first time since we brought her home. I do not want her to get sick!

She is so precious! And is she chillin with daddy while he plays xbox in that one pic? Because that is 100% going to be my situation here with Tim and Payton LOL

ReplyDeleteGina - Yes she is hanging out with Joshua while he plays xbox. Normally he has her sitting on his legs facing him because we don't let her watch TV. It's supposed to be bad for them until the are over two years old.
