30 Day Shred
Today I started a new workout, the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. Let me just say that this morning kicked my butt. There are three levels to the dvd and it is made so that you do each level 10 days. It's basically guaranteed that you will lose inches, weight and or tone up depending upon what you need. I like it because it's not some crazy out there exercises. It's like back to basics, push-ups, crunches, jumping jacks - that sort of thing and to top it off each workout is only 20 minutes long. So if you have 30 minutes to spare in your day I highly recommend picking up a copy of this dvd. I am very excited to work out tomorrow morning.
This is my workout schedule.
Tuesday-Sat : 30 Day Shred and 1-2 mile walk (weather permitting)
Sunday & Monday will be my days off with the hubby but I have a new run schedule so I might start it on the days he's home so he can keep the little miss for 30 minutes while I workout.
Here are my stats as of today.
Weight - 125lbs Goal - 120lbs
Waist - 32 inches Goal- 27 inches
Hips- 37 inches Goal - 34 inches
I have that dvd (among many many others) and plan to get to it after I have Payton. I also have wii workout games so I am hoping I can get on some kind of schedule like you! Good luck you are really close to your goal! (And I am so jealous lol)
ReplyDeleteI have been sitting at 125 for about 3wks now. Breastfeeding really does amazing things for losing weight after you have the baby. I have other dvds as well that I will start using again after this 30 days.
