Strawberry Pie
I made this amazing pie for Christmas this year. It's really simple and the strawberries with graham cracker crust is delish!
Ingredients
3-4 lbs Strawberries (fresh - cut into halves or fourths)
Graham Cracker Crust
3oz Strawberry Gelatin
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
2 TBS Corn Starch
Cool Whip or Canned Whip (Ready Whip)
Directions
In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and water until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for until thickened.
Remove from the heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until slightly cooled.
While waiting for sauce to cool, place strawberries in the crust.
Pour gelatin mixture over berries.
Top with whipping if desired
Refrigerate until set.
Enjoy this delicious and simple pie!
