14wks!

It's hard to believe that I'm already in my second trimester. I have told several people today that it seems like it's going so fast yet so very slow at the same time. One of my friends that is also expecting...only she's a few months ahead of me, said to just enjoy this pregnancy because she feels like she has just been wanting to hit one milestone after the next....you know...second trimester, what's the gender, third trimester, baby showers...all that fun stuff. I'm going to be honest though...work has kept me so busy that most the time I don't know what day it is...so 14wks sort of caught me off guard!

I have a drs appt on Tuesday and I'm very excited about it. I will be 15wks then and I'm really hoping he does another ultrasound but it's very unlikely. I probably won't be getting another one of those until I'm 19-20wks...depending on when they can get me in in September. On the bright side though I should know the gender in about 6wks! How exciting is that? 

Below is a photo of me today...I look like I just crawled out from under a rock but let's be honest...I didn't have to work today so I didn't shower until 1pm then decided to vomit right after which in turn almost made me get back in the shower...let me tell you...it's just been one of those days.
