Easiest Frosting / Filling EVER
I'm not sure what to call this, so I will call it French Vanilla Fluff because that's pretty much what it is.
Seriously easiest frosting recipe ever. Could also be a filler. I made it today for Rory's party Saturday, so it's in the fridge.
Ingredients
1 package vanilla jello mix --- or whatever kind you want. I used French Vanilla. I probably wouldn't do chocolate or any of the ones that need cooking...
1 container cool whip
Directions
Follow directions on jello box using half amount of milk called for.
Stir until thickened then add your cool whip and stir until all mixed together.
It's a very light and fluffy just like cool whip. And again, I promise to upload a photo of the cake / cupcakes with it on after this weekend.

Mine is actually more yellow in color than it appears but the flash makes it hard to tell. |
This is the only kind of frosting my Aunt Peggy ever made because you can make it almost sugar-free if you use sugar-free j-ello.
ReplyDeleteNot trying to sound picky but what sizes of jello and cool whip?
