3 Ingredient Cookies
Ingredients
3 Bananas --- ripe is better (If you aren't a banana person you could use 2 and be okay)
2 Cups Quick or Old Fashioned Oats (I used old fashioned)
Handful of Mini Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Other ingredients such as cinnamon, sugar, walnuts, berries....things like those are optional. I wouldn't put in TOO many other chunky items though as they may not hold together as well.
Directions
Heat Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Mix together bananas and oats then throw in chocolate chips and other ingredients if any.
GREASE a cookie sheet. --- Do not skip this step or they will stick to pan.
Place cookies in sizes desired on sheet
Bake in over for 12-15 minutes
Yield should be 12-18 cookies depending on how big you make them.

ReplyDeleteThey are super easy! If you aren't a banana person you could cut back on those. I used three because miss Rory decided to open an extra one...lol.
