Not so good news tonight.

I have to redo labs....tomorrow. Here are my problems.

Prolactin--- Mildly elevated. So she is rechecking that. I'm not allowed to eat for 8 hrs prior or have sex 24 hrs prior to

getting this checked. NO SEX TONIGHT...LOL....that's okay. AF is still

here. I guess both can cause your prolactin to increase if done prior to testing. I didn't do either prior to the last test though....sigh. If it comes back still elevated then I have to have a MRI done on my head because I could have a growth causing me to not bleed...or bleed sporadically.

Thyroid- HIGH.She was really shocked by this because of my age. So she is rechecking this also.If this comes back the same then I have to see my PCM and get meds.

So basically I'm all messed up. She said that one or the other should come back normal the second time, but if not it's just going to take some extra work.

OH...

LH / FSH -- Normal....woo hoo

I'm going in for lab work again tomorrow. I Just don't know why this has to be me. I don't know why any woman would have to go through this. There isn't much I can do but be strong right now. Nothing else will get me through this.
