All's clear and open

Today was my HSG and everything is just fine. My tubes are as open as they can be. :) I have to admit though, the pain, I could have gone without. I suppose it just felt like really intense menstrual cramps and it hurt a lot more when she put the catheter in than when the dye was injected. After my appt it took about 20-30 minutes before the cramps started to disappear which is a lot faster than I thought they would. The only down side to this, well besides the pain, is that I'm bleeding pretty good again.AF wasn't all the way gone to begin with and I think we disturbed her. LOL. I'm hoping the bleeding won't last too long though.

Another good result today is that the hubby's SA came back good! So we don't have to worry about that either which is a huge relief. 

The dr told me after my appt that a lot of women end up pregnant after the HSG because they get "cleaned" out. She said that with the HSG, Clomid and my thyroid meds we should be pregnant in no time. That's both scary and great news.
