Good News from Endo

Well I had an appt today with my endocrinologist. My appt was at 9:45am...got taken to the room at 11am and saw the dr at like 12:15....yeah needless to say it was a long and boring morning. I mean I was totally expecting to wait at least an hour like the two previous times...but over two hours...even my patience was wearing. All the waiting paid off though when he said I am to only take my synthroid meds 6 out of the 7 days a week now!!! I get to take Sundays off  :) I'm super excited about this. Then I didn't even ask him what my levels were because I was too occupied by him telling me that if I find out I'm pregnant that I have to call him to let him know. I have never seen a man more happy to hear that someone is trying to have a baby. He was all smiles and he even rubbed my belly and said, "Now if there are babies in there you have to call me right away because those babies will depend on you and your thyroid levels." Then on the way out the door he grabbed / caressed my face....sort of weird but it was all in good intentions...I hope!

Anyways, that's been my day so far. We will be heading to base soon to drop some stuff off , get my 3 months worth of synthroid and get the hubby a pair of running shoes....maybe I will be lucky enough to get a new pair too. Probably not though.
