Who needs a dresser?

Yes I know the shelves and fridge are black on a brown wall....and I have a espresso crib...that's okay though.

First let me start by saying that even though I have been determined to get a dresser or armoire...I really like this set up with the bookshelves and tubs. I wanted to do all green and pink tubs but after searching five...that's right...five Walmarts I could no longer find anymore green tubs. I knew two weeks ago I should have grabbed all six but I was being cheap...so this is how it's going to be. Anyway...the tubs are labeled as follows

Sleepers

Swaddlers

Diapers -- There are two of these

Burp Cloths

Toys -- This will only be for like her small chew and shaker toys.

Bath Time

Mommy Supplies

Hair

Sheets 

Socks / Tights/ Shoes

There is one that isn't labeled yet...right now it has the two blankets I made in it but I'm thinking of making it an inserts tub for the diapers.

What do you all think about my little black fridge in the room? I figure I can just put the milk that I pump in there and whatever else she or I may need to keep cold instead of putting it in the kitchen fridge. We really don't have that much room in our fridge as it is!

And as for the next photo -- This is what my closet currently looks like...and by the way...this is after I pulled out like 15 shirts to send to goodwill. Oh and Yes, those are her clothes on the top. We have a metal rack up there and so I hung her clothes up above mine. I really need to figure something else out though...I'm considering shelves but I really don't want to give up my hanging space! I hate folding clothes. I may also hang up all my pants and put her clothes in the plastic drawers below. I figure I can keep her dresses hanging if I do that and put the rest away.

Thinking maybe we should add a door to the closet like the MIL says....lol.

Oh the joys of setting up a nursery. I'm so glad I didn't go in with a specific plan in mind. I love the way it's all turning out...even if it isn't all matching. Then again, I've never been one to want stuff to match perfectly. I like character.
