DIY Tube Scarf

While I was browsing pinterest today I ran across a scarf you could make yourself and all you need is a pair of scissors and an XL mens shirt! Of course we have plenty of shirts just hanging in the closest and collecting dust so I decided to give it a go. The instructions were / are VERY simple too which is always a plus.I made a simple tube scarf but there are instrions for two others here.

I started with an XL Mens shirt. I just grabbed one that I knew my hubby didn't wear and color didn't really matter to me.

Cut across the shirt right under the arms and right above the bottom seam.

When shirt is cut simply stretch it, this will cause the edges to curl in - NO SEWING :)

You should end up with something that looks like this

And you're done. You can make more if you like to layer them.

Or you can wrap it around your neck twice to look like this.

It's as easy as that and takes maybe 5 minutes. What are you waiting for?! Go make a scarf for every oufit you own now that it's colder!
