Apple Chips

Yesterday I got my hands on some more apples. It's fall so I can't help it. Plus, my house smells so yummy when I cook them. This morning I decided to make some apple chips for the first time. Rory isn't a huge fan so I think next time I'll try them without the cinnamon. 

Ingredients
  • apples(any crisp variety)
  • cinnamon, if desired
Instructions
 1. Cut apples into thin slices and preheat oven to 225 degrees.
 2. Sprinkle on you cinnamon if desired.


 3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake apples for 30 minutes
 4. Flip apples and bake for another 30-60 minutes. You will know they are done when they are no longer soft / moist. They will harden when taken out of oven.
