Day 1 of 28 Wall Pilates
This morning, while half the kids and husband were still sleeping I went ahead and started day 1 of the 28 day wall pilates workout I found via Rachel's Fit Pilates on YouTube. After finishing the workout, which took less than 20 minutes, I completed 30 wall pushups and 3 sets of wall sits with 10 arm raises. I am working towards 16 hour fasts, starting the night before so that part of my fast is while I sleep. I made the mistake of eating around 10pm last night which I never do, so I have a ways to go today. If I can fast for 16 hours then I will set myself up to break my fast during school and if I'm hungry I'll be more apt to eat the healthy meal / snack I take than to run to the gas station in the 20 minutes I have for pizza and soda.
I have taken photos of myself today, but I won't post them until after the 28 days of workouts. Weight as of this morning 157.2lbs. I don't tend to measure myself, so I won't start now. I will take photos throughout the process though and hopefully there will be physical changes that can be seen or at least felt in my clothing, especially my jeans (which are a size 10 and probably need to be a 12).
