Day 4 of 28 Wall Pilates

Day 4 is complete! Today, I did both day 4 and then day 3 that I messed up on yesterday since today's was a "gentle" pilates workout. Honestly, I'm not sure I really did a day "wrong" per say, as much as I just did a different one, either way, I wanted to be sure to get in that glutes, abs and arms workout. I'm so glad I did because it was great! On top of today's workout I included 30 wall pushups and 3 sets of 15 wall sits with arm raises. 

I did get a photo of myself working out today. I'm sure you'll enjoy it ;) 

 

I didn't weigh myself today, we are on a little staycation and I don't have a scale. Probably for the best because I definitely fell off the no gluten or sugars wagon yesterday. I may have had a few donuts, coffees, and chinese food (that was actually gluten free but I ate donuts...sooo). Today isn't looking any better so I'm going to start again tomorrow on the foods.
