Day 3 of 28 Days Wall Pilates
Day 3 complete! Here's to honesty though, I messed up and picked the wrong day 3 video (there are different challenges) and didn't realize it until after I did the entire workout, plus wall sits with arm raises, wall pushups, and a repeat of the Day 1 workout. Soooooo, I'm just going to press on and be proud of myself for continuing this journey today. I have the worst cluster headache that is throwing off my equilibrium, so in hindsight maybe it was a blessing for me to do this one instead of a more intense one so early in the morning.
Here is Day 3 that I did via Rachel's Fit Pilates on Youtube. This one is a walking based workout, which was actually nice for me since I am sore. I may end up going back to this one after workouts like I did with Day 1 today and alternate between the two after the "normal" day's workout.
Here is what I believe should have been Day 3 of this particular challenge. This one focuses on glutes, abs and arms. Feel free to look into either or do both. I may do this one later today, depends on how my body is feeling.
While I'm being honest, remember how I said I wouldn't cave to getting a coke? I lied. I did cave because I thought it would help my insane migraine. It in fact did not help. So. There's that and while I drank it, I had the voice of Morgan Freeman in my head saying, "And she drank the coke, which did not, in fact, cure the splitting pain in her head." Here's the real kicker though, my migraine has subsided quite a bit now that I've done my pilates workout. I was a bit concerned that it was the trigger for it and maybe it was, maybe a I put too much tension on my neck at some point. I'm just thankful I currently don't feel like a knife is being stabbed into my right eye.
All weights are taken prior to eating / drinking anything in the morning after my workouts.
