Day 2 of 28 Day Wall Pilates

Okay! So day 2 may or may not have (definitely may have) made me feel it a bit. I'm going to be honest here and say that I was sore from yesterday and today really got my abs burning, as are my arms and legs. I'm thankful to be sore though because it means I'm using muscles again that I haven't in quite some time. I went ahead and weighed myself this morning too. I am not necessarily doing these workouts for weight loss and know it's not going to happen overnight, especially without major lifestyle changes when it comes to what I'm putting in my body as well.

12/27/24 AM weight - 157.2lbs

12/28/24 AM weight - 155.8lbs

Yesterday, I did a pretty good job of eating. I can already tell that today is going to be a struggle. I really, really want a coke. That is my go to when I'm tired, stressed, and just wanting something sweet. Not just any coke though, a large coke from McD's. I haven't caved yet though and don't plan to. I can do this. I NEED to do this.
