Day 10 and 11 Wall Pilates Complete

Happy Sunday! Days 10 and 11 are finished. Yesterday was a full body workout and it made me sweat! Today was a quick and relaxing 10 minute workout that was more like stretching. It's amazing how much better I am mentally after my workouts. Today, my youngest son asked me why I do the workouts in the morning and I told him because it makes me feel better. I was being very honest. Raising 7 kids is tough work and I'm trying to have a more calming mind going into our days. I run on high cortisol levels a lot of the time and these daily exercises seem to be helping aid in that. I am so thankful I ran across Rachel's Fit Pilates over Christmas break. 


On another note, here's a picture of the snowman and some of our snow ice cream we made yesterday. The snow was perfect.
