Wall Pilates Days 12-17

 It's been a few days since I last posted, so I wanted to jump on and say that I am still going with the 28 day wall pilates challenge I found on YouTube. I am starting to feel better physically and am sticking around 154lbs. I haven't changed my diet a whole lot but I am still fasting for 14-16 hours. I'm going to go ahead and post each of the videos so you can see what I've been using. Some of the days I've added additional days that involved gentle pilates or stretching. I've really come to like this workout series and excited to have stuck with it. I can't wait to post the photos I've taken from beginning to end. My body composition, especially in my stomach, has changed so much already!
