Day 8 and 9 Wall Pilates
Day 8 and Day 9 were a few days apart. I went back to school this week and just couldn't bring myself to do the workouts at 5am before getting ready for work. Today is a snow day so I'm back to the grind and started with one that made me feel it! I will need to figure out a routine for me going forward because I really missed working out for those three days. Though I will say, I think my body needed a day or two of rest because my legs were not doing too hot after that Day 8 workout. My knees were screaming. Needless to say, these full body days are going to whip me into shape as long as I stay consistent with them.
Weight this morning was 154.3lbs and I'm okay with that because I have been exercising and definitely didn't stick to the dietary plan this week. That's where I really need support because I fail miserably.

12/30/24 - No scale
12/31/24 - No scale
1/1/25 - 156 lbs ---- HAPPY NEW YEAR
1/2/25 - Didn't weigh
1/3/25 - 154.8lbs
1/4/25 - 153 lbs
1/5 - 1/9/25 - Didn't weigh
1/10/25 - 154.3lbs
The back yard this morning. We were sitting around 5.8" and it is still snowing.
