Day 6 and 7 Wall Pilates
As you might have noticed, things got a bit busy around here the last few days. I haven't had much time to update here but I did complete day 6 and day 7 of the 28 day wall Pilates challenge. Today should have been day 9 but life had other things going on and I just didn't get in my workout on those mornings. I have also, until today, been adding in an additional 30 wall pushups and 3 sets of wall sits with 10-15 arm raises. Today was a cardio workout though and I was whooped. I did take the time to do some bridges, leg circles, toe taps and crisscross exercises after the 10 minute cardio.
I weighed myself this morning and was shocked to see that I was sitting below 155lbs! I lost 4lbs over the course of this process and that was while still eating pretty much like poo. I have been able to fast anywhere from 14-16 hours but I haven't done a good job of sticking to non-gluten foods or away from my beloved Coca-Cola.

12/29/24 - 156.2 lbs
12/30/24 - No scale
12/31/24 - No scale
1/1/25 - 156 lbs ---- HAPPY NEW YEAR
1/2/25 - Didn't weigh
1/3/25 - 154.8lbs
1/4/25 - 153 lbs
Guys - I lost 4lbs! But it's not just that, I can visibly tell a difference in my energy and in my appearance already. I took a comparison photo this morning and was shocked at how much my body, especially my belly, has already changed. I will put up photos at the end of this process, but for now, I am definitely motivated to keep going.
Here's to working out while this "winter storm" rolls through over the next few days.
