Rolling belly to back
About an hour ago Rory rolled belly to back for the first time. I was soooo excited that I was right there trying to capture her photo in the Mizzou diaper so I go to witness the swift roll. I let about 30 minutes pass, grabbed the Flip and laid her on her tummy in hopes to capture her second and third rolls on video. No sooner than turning on the camera she started pushing her way to roll. I am thrilled to know she can roll over on her own this way instead of just back to tummy. Hopefully this will put daddy's mind at ease when she is sleeping on her tummy. Now she can roll if she wants to.

its really great that rory rolled over! isnt she ahead of the game:) roanna sleeps on her tummy and she has not rolled over yet, but i dont do much tummy time with her either:( go rory!
ReplyDeleteI didn't start tummy time until she was about 6wks when she started to roll on her tummy from her back. I was really just putting her to sleep that way during the day. These last two weeks she started pushing herself up and then obviously today she rolled. Before she was just fascinated with eating her hands.
