Easy Peach Cobbler

Ingredients  
2 cups fresh sliced peaches (4 medium size peaches or could use big can of drained peaches)
1 cup All Purpose Flour 
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup butter, melted (1/2 cup=1 stick butter)
 
1 teaspoon cinnamon 
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup of sugar (for the peaches) PLUS 1/4 cup sugar (for the crust mixture)

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Peel and cube your peaches. 
Mix in 3/4 cup sugar and set to the side
In a medium bowl mix together, flour, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.
Melt your butter and then add it and your other 1/4 cup sugar to flour mixture. 
Grease your pan then pour in about 1/2 - 3/4 of your crust mixture. Once that's complete pour your peaches over that and then the rest of crust mix.
Bake for 1 hour. Be sure to check your cobbler around 45 minutes since ovens may vary.
This one was made with only crust mix on the bottom and it didn't cover it like I would have liked. It will taste the same no matter what though!
