Easy Baked Tilapia
My husband is the fish eater in the family and Rory has taken after him, I'm sure little man will to. I just don't care much for fish, shrimp, lobster - anything that comes from water really. I do eat cod but that's about the extent of my water eating adventures.
Here is a simple dish that I make for the hubby. Generally it's served with white rice and a side of veggies.

Ingredients
3 Thawed Tilapia (or however many you want)
1 1/2 tablespoons butter (for three pieces - 1/2 tbsp per fish)
Pepper
9x13 Glass pan or smaller if need be
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Thaw the Tilapia if frozen
Line bottom of pan with butter so that fish will not stick
Place Fish in pan with flat side down. Place 1/2 tablespoon of butter on the center of fish.
Pepper to taste - only on the top of fish.
Bake fish uncovered for 13-17 minutes
