Walking Tacos
This is a simple meal that I started eating probably in Jr. High and honestly I think it began at the fair, maybe school lunch...not sure. I'm not saying it's a healthy meal by any means but they are easy and just hit the spot when you are are wanting nachos or tacos...or both. If you have never had one or seen one just google walking tacos and you will see what they look like, sorry I don't have an image!
Ingredients:

1 lb of ground beef, chicken or turkey (I use turkey a lot)
1 package of taco seasoning (you can omit this if you want)
Water (amount stated on seasoning package)

1 bag of corn chips or Doritos
Taco cheese or other cheese of your liking
Veggies that you like on tacos or salsa
Directions:
Brown ground meat of choice, drain and then mix in taco seasoning and water.
Combine the ingredients of choice in bowls or on a plate. Or you could buy the personal chip bags and place all ingredients in that.
