Vapor Rub on Your Feet - Cures Cough!

About 6-7 weeks ago I caught a cold and ever since I have had a pretty nasty lingering cough. When you are pregnant and coughing life gets interesting. You go to the restroom a lot more, cough and pee at the same time....bladder says screw it I'm done working completely...in general my body just pooped out on me thanks to my cough. 

Soooo what is one to do? Well, I personally made a FB status asking my dear friends what cures a cough and it had to be something that worked! Multiple people said rub some vicks on your feet, put socks on and go to bed. 

Could it really be that simple? Could this cough that I've had for at least 6 weeks really go away just by putting vapor rub and socks on my feet? I didn't have Vicks but I did have a dollar tree brand of chest rub and it was worth a shot!

Guess what ya'll?!! It REALLY works! No joke. I got a better nights rest than I have had in weeks and I didn't wake up this morning coughing. I plan to do this for a few nights and hope that I will be completely cured. I should add that the leftovers that were on my hands I rubbed on my chest as well just to give me that little extra boost before washing it all off.

There will never be another way to cure a cold for me now and I can put this on the kids too!
